The days are counting down. T-minus 14 days. I don't know if I'm ready yet, but I guess I'll find out in a couple weeks. My brain is too entrenched in Colorado and work right now to really comprehend that I'm going to be on the other side of the globe with billions of people that don't speak English. However, I'm still excited. And really ready to be on my way, though not looking forward to the 13 hour flight over there....
One thing I have promised my parents is to take pictures of food, so be prepared for this to turn into a Chinese food blog very quickly. Though really...food blogs are the best kind of blogs.
